Really! I went to Cowes High too between 83-86, lots of my mates at the time lived on Parkhurst and Albany when most of the houses back then were screwsville, mostly sold off now and privately owned :thumb2

As you know Chewey mate I dont live there luckily its on the other side of town from where I am. It has improved over the yrs, a lot of good workin people up there now but still the lazy idle buggers too.
On a different note, the festival feaver has begun back here mate, town is packed, traffic backed up all day outside work then tonight I popped into Morrisons and was full of soap dodgers (campers) buyin their essentials - beer, beer oh and beer :D
One poor girl had fallen into the river and was in a drunken delerious state, the paramedics had just turned up when I got to payin, she could not even stand up and it dont kick off proper until tomorrow  Great atmospere though, love it! Can hear and see the ground from our top room, doubt will get much sleep over the next few days but fine by me.

It was Screwsville, I lived then down Hewitt Cres then as my Dad was at Parkhurst. I followed him into the job but not on the Island, my mum and sis still live there tho and I pop over a couple of times a year.
