I was in a bike shop in Vancouver with my son, were I live, a couple of months ago. I was all ready to buy. Sale's men walked right by me while I was trying to make eye contact. I walked up to talk to one guy, and he walked away.
Well, I lost it and asked a person sitting at a desk, "what to you have to do to buy a bike here" and then said "business must great." "What don't I look like I have enough money."
As I was leaving they offered to call for sale's person. I told them it was too late. It was a H-D Dealer.
On the way out my son yelled that BWM's were better bikes.
Hey, they did me a big favour, but still, it's a bad way to run a business.
