Snerks, trade are offering £8400 for my GSA for a straight sale and that is all over the country, I was advised that trade price for mine was £9400 but nobody would offer it

Despite all the BS, when you are trying to sell they are not worth as much as you think, the best way is to find a genuine private buyer and split the difference, that way you get a quick sale and more money than the dealer will offer.

You must be psychic knowing what I was going to ask Unfortunately the recession has hit my business so may be forced to sell Mine is the same spec as yours except for colour and that I have the BMW alarm. Mine's only done 6600 miles too. Fingers crossed I won't need to go down this route but I am making provisions

Hi Snerks, the trade price, Southport Superbikes quoted of £9400 was for a GSA, our Spec. with 6000 miles on the clock, SS did not want to buy my bike back and whatever the book says dealers are offering £8400 that was the price I was consistantly offered in both the North and South of England.

Unfortunately the recession has hit my business so may be forced to sell

I know the feeling well, I have had a few months out of work in the last couple of years and it is pretty scary right now, hoping it is just the Holiday slow-down and it will pick up in September.
