Just wondering was there any interest here before I "donedeal" it. Also not sure what is a fair asking price for the bike will all the bits. Mods: This is more of a discussion thread than a proper selling one so can it be left in the Ireland section? So here's what I can remember off the top of my head:

66000 miles, 1998 bike with a folder of receipts for work done before I bought it. I got it a year and a half ago and did my own maintenance.

Jaws taller handle bar brackets
Longer stainless braded hoses
Tourances front a back, loads of life.
Hella FF75 HID Fogs (brand new, never fitted)
4" HID Spots with internal ballast (currently off the bike)
Oxford Muffs
1150GS Handguards
Gearbox hard parts
Hepco Becker engine bars (bought brand new a fitted a couple of months ago)
Touratech tools box cover
Touratech wider side stand plate
MRA Vario Screen + Original
Remus straight through pipe + original
Autocom
Currently wearing black beak & undertray (have original red ones too)
1150GSA Tank with internals (have original with internals, small dent)
Ohlins front and back
Verns Worldbeaters
HID front headlight
Black Baglux tank cover and bag (arounf 30L expanded I think)
Sargent Riders Seat + original
Spare rear rack (fairly tatty though)
Amplirider
Extra Highpower LED brakelight
Touratech headlight protector
Side panels
1150GSA SE cross bar pad
Migsel GPS bracket (brand new never fitted)
Rear rack extender
GMT-Moto light brackets (but might hold onto these if I ever go back to an 1100/1150GS)

So I'm thinking around the €5k mark with all the bits. Does that sound about right considering the panniers, tank and Ohlins must be worth nearly €2k on their own?

Any and all opinions welcome!

Please no PM's or replies on splitting the stuff yet. Follow the thread and get emails sent. If I decide to split I'll reply to this thread so anyone interested will get an email. For now I'm trying to see what's a fair price and if there's any interest.

Chances are that I will split it up as I'd get more cash, I'm just a lazy bastard!

Recent photo below. I since changed the panels to black, changed the bars to the hepco & becker and put the MRA screen back on.

any known issues with it?

hard tell price.

seen few go for around2.3k mark. but then another one went for near 5k with only a handfull of items.

id say keep it dont sell it

No issues. Runs like a charm.

Oh, have one of those accelerator modules in it and a set of brake pads I never fitted.

I think my grá for road biking is gone so going to sell up. Might come back down the line.

Speaking for myself, you did ask.

I would not consider paying five k for a bike of that age and mileage. I would consider buying the panniers and the Ohlins, if I had an 1100.

I think it would be better for you to split the parts and put the bike back to standard.

If I was looking for an 1100 66k miles would not put me off, it's what was on mine when I sold it...

Yeah, I'm thinking that way too. Very hard to to get the head around that amount of money for a 13 year old bike, no matter what accessories are on it.

Just did my sums there and a pure 2 minute guesstimate puts the second hand value of the accessories at around €2800 I think. Bike value? Around €2300 - €2500 I reckon.

Yeah, unless I find someone who wants everything bolted on, I'm better off splitting. Probably get more cash anyway if I did.

There's blood ...

... in the water :augie

Side panels please ...

Bike price:thumb agreed

ya thats spot on for what they are going for.

panniers, shock etc would easily make 1.5k if wanted fast sale 2k if willing hang out

why the move away from biking

I think a lot to do with it is that I've lost my nerve a bit, especially on longer rides. I'll probably pick up a DRZ400 for greenlaning but right now I've lost the joy of road riding.

Could all change in a few months. Myself and the 1200GT have unfinished business......

Saw it alright. I think it's too much to spend on a very occasionally used bike. I nice DRZ400 for around €1500 will do me. Will get a motolug trailer to cart it around.

ya hard get a cheap drz these days,

few nice crfx gone up too

just said bump it up for you. i would say maybe put price on the bike witht he non removable extras such as har dparts etc.

then price all the larger items such as shock etc. i would give each item with 2 prices. for example say

-shock 450 for pair or 350 if bough with the bike.

Thanks for the offer but I'm looking to downsize to a very light off roader (DRZ400, XR250 or the likes) and generate some cash.
