My second top box become loose again. BMW replace it with a new box and one change I have found on the base of the box being a small raised plastic section.
The is my first box which came off on a gravel road and a rider behind me almost collected it.
This is my new thid box notice the change. It looks like it is to strenghten the bottom base by the catch.
