Yes you can. I have just returned from France and had a look at these amongst other helmets. I went into a number of bike shops in La Rochelle, Perpignan, Sarlat & Caen (round trip) - a number stocked the evoline but were short on stock because it sells well... No one told me that they had had a lot of trouble with them - quite the reverse - all said what a good helmet it was and how well it was selling (...well they would, I suppose...).Can you put it on without raising the chin piece ? Anybody know ?
I have had the silver Evoline for 3 months now & finding it good to wear, with the chinbar at the back it feels balanced and you have a good flow of air to your face. The Sunvisor allows you to look at your dials under it, and when I've come home early in the morning with the chinbar down you keep warm. It's been fine in the rain you just leave the visor up one notch, so it doesn't mist up.It feels no heavier than my Arai Tourx. It does feel snug though but not uncomfortable.![]()

I just bought a Shark S500 Air at the start of the season to replace my long lasting UVEX helmet. What a mistake! The shark helmet has vents on the front which flow down towards your forehead. Because of this, there is no padding there, just hard foam which presses into your head on long journeys causing some bad headaches! For some reason, it is a really noisey helmet aswell.
My wife has the S650 and she doesn't like hers either, same problems as mine and hers is heavier giving her a sore neck after long rides. Roll on NEC so we can get some new ones...
NEVER BUY SHARK AGAIN!!
when i read this thread, Cheers Stu, I need read no further

Sorry Woody! But it is just my opinion!! could be that my head is strangly misshapen and no lid fits properly
I now know, the next time I go for a new helmet, to check to see if the padding goes all around the inside of the thing!![]()

Oh ya bugger!
Just found pictures of that lid in matt black

...click type...Is the chin strap a D Ring type fastener or the click type as used on a seat belt?
Not easy to see from any pics or the video.
