Throttle balancing how-to

I've just rebuilt my Rockster and all is well and running.
I have adjusted the end floats (both loose) and valve clearances (all tight), and now want to balance the throttles.

Can someone direct me to a How To walk-through guide / thread please?
I have done a few searches and cannot find one.

I've got a home made manometer to do it with.
Dead easy and pretty accurate.

I am just down the A38 from you - if you have any problems doing it or need a manometer, give us a shout.
