do these fail? I know its a sealed part from factory and should never be adjusted or anything. So has anyone ever needed to replace these? 2010 TC 55k

Mine has 66K and still young with original TBs though the idle stepper motors are getting a big tired.
What are the symptoms of a tired stepper motor please?
