Throttle Body Cleaner

Hi all, I’ve been thinking about cleaning my throttle bodies, on the old internet it says,,,
CRC or Motul or Liqui Moly Pro, so question time, has anyone done this job, and are there any pitfalls to lookout for, and what cleaner would you suggest please
