Throttle sticks when heated grips are switched on,Anyone know of quick fix or am i going to need a new throttle assembly ?

It's a common "feature".

Quickest fix - slacken off the bar end bolt a little.

Slightly less quick fix - remove bar end weight and fit an approprately sized washer.

Remove bar end weight place small washer /spacer on the bolt(inside the bars) spacing out the end weight problem solved
