I called out to Maddocks this morning to get a crush washer for the oil temp sensor in the hopes of curing an oil leak that's getting progressively worse and that I really wanted to fix before heading off on Richie's run next week.

Anyway, Paddy sat down at his screen and spent about 10 mins searching through diagrams to get the part no. He went off and got it and then gave it to me FOC.

Fair dues I thought, especially as I was obviously a DIY customer. :thumb2

I have bought a lot of small stuff from them lately. Always great service and cheaper than mail order from the U.K. when you factor in the postage.:thumb2

I nearly bought my current bike from him five years ago but he wanted twice as much as paul browne in duffys :comfort wanted in the trade in. :augie:augie
I wonder is he still selling knifes & forks ?
