Nice pics. Not everyone knows how treacherous the Thames can be. Combine a heavy rainfall in Oxfordshire with a high tide and it gets very messy. Isn’t the Thames RNLI station one of the busiest?

They were out practicing a week or so ago, on the river opposite the Bell & Crown pub in Chiswick.

Great pics. If pic 1 is looking back towards London Bridge station then that’s one of my builds below the cranes.

It’s taken from Custom House Stairs (all but submerged) looking near enough due south. Great if you can get a picture from up high.

Glad to see the repair work we did to her in Pompey has extended her life considerably, she’s a fine ship.

Sadly, the body of the 11 year old girl, who was lost to the river two weeks ago, was recovered this morning.
