Hello folks , my tiger 900 GTpro is making a squeaky noise when braking. I’ve cleaned the pads n discs with brake cleaner but to no avail. It’s ok at the start of the ride but comes on into the ride. Dealer says it’s just bedding in and nothing to worry about. It’s done 1200 miles so should this still be happening? I’m going into the Dealership on Tuesday as it’s only a couple of miles away. What are your thoughts ? I’m of limited technical ability ie i know where to put the petrol .
Thanks in advance

Im assuming its still under warranty, and as they have looked at it I wouldnt worry about it. Just ride and enjoy. I assume its not pulling to one side or doing anything odd ?

My less serious answer is earplugs.

Triumph had an issue with squeaking brakes on the Gen2 Speed Twin 1200 when it came out in 2021

I believe they are the same calipers (Brembo Stylema ?) as they fit to the 900 Tiger

Dealers were changing brake pads under warranty

I'm not saying that's going to happen here but I feel you should be speaking to your dealer and insisting that they look at it :thumby:

It also happened on the earlier Speed Twin.
Mine squeaked but I just put up with it.
