Hi
I have just purchased a set of NNs handlebars risers for my 99 1150 which are 1"3/8Height and 1" pull back so i can sit a little further back on the seat. The problem i have is that all the cables are long enough but the front brake hose is too short and goes very tight long before you get to a full L/H lock.
The only obvious way around this is to reroute the hose around the outside of the R/H fork leg. Has anyone done this with any success?
Thanks Ronnie.

Try and get hold of the GS Adv front brake hose. Its longer than the standard GS (longer suspension travel) and is braided s/steel, should fit sraight on. Only prob will be the price from BM. Loads of bike dealers can make brake pipes to order, just tell them the length and type of ends you need.

I'd strongly advise you to remove the risers until you have this resolved - Yosi managed to pull his brake hose out of the joint and lost all his front brakes - a fact that he didn't find out until he needed to use them...
