Hi all

Struggling to remove a bolt that holds the throttle to the master cylinder any body got any ideas how to remove, the bolt head is starting to go. tried to loosen with slight tapping, wd40 but this does not work. Gonna try heating tomorrow if this does not work can i cut the bolt head, then will the middle section slide off, then i can unsrew off the master cyclinder or if any other ideas really appreciated.

I'd drill the head off then remove the stud with a set of mole grips.

Would there be a need to loctite it?

drill the head off i suppose last & only option, but will have to do
