Timberland Church.

@Ex-Call Centre Chimp thanks for sorting many interesting glimpses into Lincolnshire's past...my first thoughts on reading about the St Paul family were, that it can certainly pay dividends to be on the right side of religious upheaval (in their case, as Protestants under Henry VIII).
And as for introducing the term 'immurement: - an addition to my knowledge and vocabulary (Immurement - Wikipedia https://share.google/fixRRsNrug6uYApPa ).
Graffiti from 1689 - yes, it's a bit of a contradiction when in historical context!

I sat with a coffee this sunny morning and enjoyed an unexpected, wonderful tour of parts of Lincolnshire in summer.

Thank you.

Thanks everyone for your kind feedback, to JoeBiff for suggesting Temple Bruer and to Att for the Tom Thumb link.
