Time to come out of the closet.

Didn't you just buy a new 12 earlier this year? Anyhow, no matter - welcome to the inner circle of GSA owners (mines an identical 04 model :clap).

I think I downloaded the service/workshop manual here http://www.repairmanualclub.com/index.php?dlid=28 , but it seems to require some sort of 'membership' now. I can put a copy on a CD is you need, PM me.

I've been unable to ever locate a 'Riders Manual' - though its hardly needed.

Brilliant. That manual downloaded perfectly. Just register on the site for the free account and download.

Is this the same CD as what people are selling on eBay..... :augie

Yes indeed, have only had 1200's up to now :aidan

Thanks for the link and the offer, I've a manual on it's way thanks to the generosity of Two Wheel Humvee but useful site to have:thumb

Little thief J16 , travel west for 6 miles on that road and you go almost right past my front door. In fact you probably did if you travelled back via Holyhead.

Nice bike Roger, got a good one there :thumb2

You cant beat the silver paint with black engine, telever & gearbox combo for looks .:bow

I was actually heading back from Birkenhead on the overnight ferry to Belfast. Managed to call in at Castle Wassall though. :aidan

Nice one Roger..that's a very good looking bike, and in the fastest colour as well! :thumb2 (some very nice bits of farkle on it already...screen, touratwat light (hid?) side panels hmmm but never mind)

Get on to Vern quick to grab some prper paniers and you'll cover the cost of them by selling those fragile BWM ones on as well! :aidan

Another 5000 miles and it'll be worn in properly and the power will free up :clap

You're not the first to see the shining path towards GS Nirvana, and you won't be the last.....

:thumb2

Lights are not HIDs yet Bill, I'll be changing the TT halogns shortly for a set of Hid'd DEs and my 510's from the previous bike on a Migsel bar, the Tt lights will go on the site shortly along with the Sargent seat as I'm after the lower version. :augie

Seen the light

Very nice looking bike.
Only the Blue/white SEs are better :-)

I have the workshop manuals I could get to you electronically if all else fails.

Nice Bike Thunder :thumb

I think the screen looks fine :thumb

Well like everything it's down to personal taste, I like it as well and got good results with an MRA on the 12 previously.

On this one combined with Tobinators I was able to ride through pouring rain with the visor open and there ai't a hint of buffeting.:D

Nice move Roger,
If only I'd seen this thread earlier as I was busy fitting my MRA screen to my GSA and forgot to put the tobinators on:blast

Nevermind it will get a good testing in a few weeks down in Northern Spain.

Hope it serves you well in the years to come.

regards

AndyT

PS. I have the low seat now and its a dream to be able to touch the floor:o
