On my previous GS's I have always gone for a complete system before but at the moment I only have the Akro end can and I am seriously considering the titanium pipes. I understand that unlike the twin cam you are unable to keep the noise valve when fitting a full system to the LC and if it's removed you'll have a permanent fault light on the dash. Does this mean that it has to be secured out of the way somewhere and if so where or can it be partially removed, thanks

Titanium headers get my vote, even the welds are nicer then the stainless version

just back from NW200 had a good thrash and Headers colouring up nicely:D

Fitted stainless akro variant ( Calsport circa £400) , went down to Hilltop for remap and with standard GS exhaust was dyno'd by Geoff at 119 bhp at rear wheel .Dead easy to fit and bang for buck good buy.

mine only made 93bhp standard and 113bhp Dyno'd ..Engine was tight with only 200mls on the clock, its now done 2kmls and feels much livelier, Geoff said he'd put it on the Dyno and do another run when im passing
