TomTom Rider V2 problem.

Does anyone know how to sort this problem.. When I start my Rider2 the screen looks like this. Once in this state the unit will not turn off or resond, the reset just turns it off. The thing is less than 2 years old so I assume it's not under warranty. Any help would be apprciated .

Only way I can help is via the TomTom website under support. Look up known issues on there and if no joy then contact them via that website. Costs nothing apart from your time

I thought TomTom's have 2 year warranty? Contact them for support as said.

Might just be a software error /damaged card that's causing it to fail loading?

Just ring support, I've always found them very good when a problem arises!

Look up in support do hard reset where take the SD card out. If its just hanging then that will sort it for sure. Every time done it, even when the damm thing would not turn on its fixed it.

Mine was exactly the same as yours (until about 30 seconds ago)

I used a paperclip to ease the on off button out a bit. It switched straight on!!
