I see this supplier from Italy advertising on the site http://www.bmwgsemotion.com. and I notice one of their products is a tool case mounted inboard of the right hand pannier on the GSA. Its called a ADV ALU CASE

Has anybody bought this piece of kit? How does it fit on the bike and what like is the quality? I must say it looks the business in the pictures

Sticker overload, but they look easily removable.

It doesn't appear to be attached to anything at all though. Have you asked the seller how it attaches?

There is a thread going in the GS Mods section at the moment.

It seems to be fixed by a clamp onto the rear horizontal bar/strut of the luggage frame....and if you look very carefully...there seems to be a angle/bar fixed to the front of the box, and continues up to the front pannier frame fixing bracket point....I think!

I've e-mailed the maker...twice....and still not received a reply!

I think they look a good accessory....certainly better than the previous Tool Tube option that loads of people bought (...and then never fitted).

But the extra weight worries me a little. But it certainly looks well made.

He's been a bit overwhelmed with orders, but should have more ready in 20 days.
Placed an order & he's going to e-mail when ready - Then Paypal him the money & he'll ship over. 120 euros plus 20 euros shipping.

Thanks people. It looks like a good use of wasted space and I have had to give up my tool tray for an autocom. On the other thread "Goose" says he has designed something similar and I already know the quality of his stuff so I will wait to see photos of what he comes up with before deciding.

Have seen some home made one's,this seems well made and easy to open but don't want whats comes inside and no stickers...
It does surprise me TT didn't jump on this ages ago. Then again you would need a bank loan to buy it from them.
