Hi, not been on here for a long time but I have just purchased a BMW R1200RS and it has a bracket for a top box which I would like to buy a top box to fit. I’m trying to post pictures but I’m having trouble, usually there is a little hair clip sign to go to pictures but nothing here. Can anyone help me out with this, thanks.

This is the most common non OE top box chosen, with Shad coming next.

this the the plate fitted to my ex bike shown above. This Ebay seller is excellent for Givi stuff

I used a Givi Monokey E45 box. A box I have owned since 1996 and it was not a new purchase!
There are a couple of secondhand Givi Monokey V47 boxes on Ebay from £140 delivered.

If you need at least 40 litres you can also fit the 49 litre box for the Gen1 S1000XR. There’s a small non-destructive mod needs doing first though.

I moved from the OEM box to a 42L GIVI. Much better capacity. Easy to fit with the adapter plate.
