Isnt the rear box as the side panniers? ie. can be removed without any bolts? just with turning the handle?
On the top box there seems to be a similar handle/lever at the rear bottom of the box.
turn key to unlocked position(straight up). lift handle & under handle you will see a flat bar, turn anti-clockwise & the locking plate(lower front below handle) should spring out allowing you to lift the box off.

Then I calmed down and realised that some folk are not very mechanically minded.
So .. advice on how to remove the original topbox. First. Do not believe anyone who tells you that it clips on.
The topbox is moulded onto the rear rack, which in turn, is bonded using strong glue to the metal underneath.
The only way to remove this ensemble is to hacksaw the rack off, just behind the pillion seat. The removed parts can be discarded and a new rear section can be fitted. This part, (BMW No. 7230284454) is carried by all dealers and only costs 3 quid.
I suggest that you do it before having your breakfast this morning and before anymore confusing replies appear.
