A big thank you to Mark Hooton of www.cymarcbikeparts.co.uk for going beyond the call of duty to help me out.
I needed a large rack for a trip I was doing on my LC but forgot about the piss poor tiny original rack until the last minute. An email to Mark on Tuesday 23rd july was answered quickly, asking me what size rack I needed. I gave him some dimensions and he told me he could do me a custom sized rack for the same price as his standard sized rack and would be a couple of weeks to make it as he was going on holiday on the Friday 26th july. As I needed the rack for Tuesday 30th july i informed Mark that i would have to look elsewhere. He then told me that if i was desperate he would do his best to have it ready before he went on his hols !
Low and behold the bloody thing only turned up at my place on Saturday morning
