Can anybody confirm the torque figures for a 2024 F800 GS
I've watched a couple of videos regarding front sprocket and removing and replacing the front sprocket cover.
The swing arm nut one says 200NM which I cant believe and the other says 100 I cant see it in the manual.
If anybody has a list of other settings it's be handy.
Cheers R.R.

The main swing arm pivot screw (swing arm nut) on the 2024 BMW F800 GS is torqued to 200 Nm (147.5 lb-ft).

Note: The 2024 F800 GS is a new generation (K72) and shares more in common with the F850/F900 series regarding torque specs than the older 2008–2018 F800GS models.

It seems 200 is the correct figure and you're supposed to replace it .

A 2024 F800GS is NOT a K72 series bike.

It seems when googled one says 200nm the other says 100
and I'm only quoting what was typed regarding K72 I really have no idea.

Based on common maintenance procedures for the BMW F800GS platform, the main swingarm pivot nut, which is often mistakenly referred to as a "torsion bar nut," has a torque setting of 100 Nm (74 ft-lb).

Note: For the 2024 F800GS (which is part of the newer 895cc generation), it is highly recommended to confirm with an authorized BMW dealer or the specific service DVD for that year, as specs can change.
I'm not sure how helpful BMW will be these days regarding giving information.
Cheers

The second quote in post #4 is NOT anything that I ever said.

This thread is a mess of confusion over the two different generations of BMW F800GS motorcycles.
