Torque setting for gs rear carrier

Hi

Anybody know what the torque setting is for the four bolts that hold the rear carrier on to the bike.

From the RSD 2013, I can only find the following torque settings for luggage racks
Luggage rack base to luggage rack M6 x 20 5 Nm
Luggage carrier to rear frame
M8 x 20 Thread-locking compound (Micro-encapsulated) or, Thread-locking compound (Loctite 243, Medium strength) 19 Nm
M8 x 40 Thread-locking compound (Micro-encapsulated) or, Thread-locking compound (Loctite 243, Medium strength) 19 Nm
Luggage carrier to rear frame
M8 Thread-locking compound (Loctite 243, Medium strength) 19 Nm
