There the same as the fronts yes. So yes maybe the same settings.

19 Nm tighten by stages in diagonally opposite sequence

Brake caliper on telescopic fork M10 x 65
38 Nm

Bleed screw in front brake caliper M8
10 Nm

Rear brake


Brake caliper to Final Drive M8 x 25
24 Nm

Bleed screw in rear brake caliper
14 Nm

Brake disc to wheel flange M8 x 15.5, Replace screw
tighten by stages in diagonally opposite sequence

Thread-locking compound (Micro-encapsulated)
Tightening torque, 12 Nm Additional torque, 30 Nm
