Torque settings question

Hi guys, can anyone help me: what's the torque setting for the Allen key bolts to nip up the final drive housing on the 1150 GS. My Haynes don't cover it.

I used to tell customers at my Garage that Haynes manuals were good for two things. Lighting fires and wedging open doors.

There is an official manual available, if you can't find it elsewhere I could dig it out for you.

Your not kidding John. The latest for the twincam bikes is not much better than those of yore.
Lots of info such as how to split the gearbox out but not really the full story on how to remove the rear brake lines. Then the brake section has dire warnings about how you'll need to take the bike to a dealer to get the brakes sorted.
The usual mundane stuff like saying the oil filter should go to 12Nm yet on the filter you buy it says 20Nm. Ah, yes...

There is an official manual available,

There is - I downloaded it as .pdf file ~50Mb. Should be easy enough to find if I managed
It has the torque setting as correctly stated at 35Nm
