Torque settings

I am looking for the torque setting for the handle bar top clamps and also the setting for the bolts to secure the risers to the top yolk

thanks seen the handle bar clamps no riser values

there is a method of tightening the handlebar clamps, front first, then rear. Not what I would do intuitively, but it works i guess not to crimp the clamp onto the bars. bin.
