torque & valve settings????

bought me new cam cover gasket today(GS 800,'08), so im gonna be busy tomorrow,before i start it though, on replacing the gasket, those that have done it already, did ya torque up the cam cover bolts(if so whats the torque setting), or did ya just take em all up evenly by hand

also whilst im in there i thought id check the valve settings and the head bolts, again anyone know the values for these atall????
