Torque Wrench

Hi

Does anyone know where i can get a Torque wrench that will do 9nm, got a wrench that will only go down to 10nm (dont want to pay a fortune)
Wanting to do the rocker end float as described by Steptoe
Will it do if i set at 10 and then wind back 1 notch???

Or,if you want to be a tight git.Use a normal socket/long tommy bar and a spring scale that goes to about 10lb.I used an angling scale.Attach the scale 1 foot away from the socket and tighten the nut/bolt to whatever ft/lb you need by pulling on the body of the scale until it reads the correct figure.
Thats all that torque is.A pressure of X pounds exerted at one foot distance.
 
This with a spanner of measured length, if you're off the beaten track.....

Halfords - Ride's 'best buy' - used this wrench for a couple of years - great value and quality. (for a 'beefy' wrench - keep an eye on Lidl stores - they do an excellent 1/2 in drive torque wrench)
 
You can get them cheaper at screwfix or machinemart.
