torx bolt Problem

Help required please guys
Trying to undo the bolt that holds the hand guard and throttle together
It goes from very tight to loose without coming out any help appreciated

Torx Bolt

Harry thats not very helpfull (magnet)
Maybe i didnt explain well enough !
The bolt is not loose as in it wont come off Push pull or rip

Get it to it's loose position, take out any other fasteners then GENTLY prise apart
