Tossers Tipple Premium Gin

Tossers Tipple AWOL?

Once upon a time a Tosser ordered two Tipple's on the 18th day of a month. He paid for these Tipples by the magical means of electrons and a deity known as Paypal.

Accordingly the Tipples were despatched on the 19th and he should have been partaking of his magical elixir on the 20th. Except he wasn't:eek: (In fact he still isn't:eek)

The Tosser PM'd the vendor a week later:eek:. This sainted Tosser had waited patiently for a week before enquiring as to the whereabouts of his Tipple:bow. (Maybe this saintly Tosser had a masochistic streak and wanted to enjoy being so heinously deprived of his pleasures:green gri.) At this stage it seemed like a fairy tale, people surely don't have such patience in this, the real world:nenau.

Anyway the Tosser and all his family and servants were away from the castle when the courier tried to deliver so there was supposed to be a card through the door. The Tipples are awaiting him at the depot.

Now the reason for this protracted story is to spur folk into asking sooner. Undelivered high quality spirits have a habit of disappearing, especially in the weeks before Christmas.

We will normally despatch the day after payment is received except that we won't despatch on a friday unless you specifically request us to do so. If somebody is home you should receive your order the day after despatch.

So, ordered Monday no show Wednesday? PM me. The only exception will normally be if you have paid by bank transfer and your tardy profiteering bank haven't transfered the funds the same day. Or if I'm off ill and haven't instructed someone to deputise:blast which could be a possibility although it hasn't been yet.

Christmas is coming

so if you want to enjoy some excellent gin over the holidays you need to get your orders in now. The couriers are already in full silly season rush mode with 12 delivery days to go.

I have had nothing but good comments from happy Tipplers, check out the previous posts.

Order info on post 69.

Tossers Tipple is so SMOOOTH. I have had nearly half a bottle tonight now (so if my typing go funny you know why) - not as G&Ts, just straight gin with a dash of water to release the flavours. It is just heavenly smooth and creamy. No rough aftertaste like other London gins, it really is a quality drink. With a dash of Angostura and good tonic it will make a wonderful pre-dinner sharpener.:thumb2

Opened mine yesterday as I had it for a Christmas pressie from the wife.

With Fever Tree tonic, ice and a slice of lemon, it has to be the best G&T I've ever tasted, sublime:clap

I have some Britvic tonic in the fridge but wouldn't insult Tossers Tipple with it, I'll keep it for guests and cheaper spirits.

Deliveries off the mainland UK

I've been sending Tossers Tipple to Northern Ireland at the standard rate quoted by me for the UK only to discover that I'm getting charged nearly three times as much for these orders. This can't of course continue so I'm looking at available options.

In the meantime anyone wanting stock if you aren't on the UK mainland please P.M. before ordering.

It's good to be receiving repeat orders from people and what appears to be universal praise of the Tipple. Spread the word, there's plenty left.

I'd be up for a bottle if it's any good. How does it compare to Tanqueray 10? Now THAT is a good gin.:thumb

IMHO Tossers Tipple is the best gin I've ever tasted....
I have tried Tanqueray 10 and Tipple comes tops...

Is there any left Packer ????:drool

Will there be a picture of a GS on the bottle? I'd buy it for that alone.:D

Proff has it spot on. An extremely top quality gin.

I'd go for a bottle if there are any left.

(Can't drink Tanqueray as it gives me a searing headache from hell)

I think we are all unanimous, we all agree it is excellent stuff.:)

Only negative with it is that it seems to come in very small bottles as it only makes up a few decent G&Ts per bottle, or it does when either Packer or Sumprat are doing the mixing.:jager

Put me down for a couple of bottles please, one is never enough.
