I've just put a set of Tourances on my 1100GS. They are made in China now. Has anybody had any experience with these? They seem fine so far, not strange feelings of the bike dropping out on tight corners, etc. But I read some bad comments over on the Airheads thread here about them and am now starting to doubt my own opinion on how my bike handles! I've only ever had Tourances on this bike, and have had nothing but good to say about them. The set that came off were well worn, especially the front, so the new ones feel smoother in both going into the corner and coming back up out of it, but that's to be expected. Had a good chat with Robbie in Moto Technic when he was fitting these and I'm going to try the PR4 next time, but just wondered if anybody here has tried the Chinese Tourance and if I need to be wary of their performance? Cheers, John. :nenau

I rode in Ireland this week on a new set, mostly dry and a bit of wet

I reckon they were ok, now they've bedded in

Only thing I thought was different if i'm honest was that they 'tramlined and whtelined' a bit - following the squiggles and gave a little wiggle crossing white lines, even in the dry

Once you figured it out, it was fine

No bend issues..................of falling in:nenau

Cheers guys. Had them out in the wet for about 80 miles and they do seem a little light on feedback to be honest. But not scrubbed in yet so gonna just ride it and see if I still notice anything in a week or so.
