Touratch, Belgium for Zega Pro Cases

Anybody used the TT firm in Beligum?

I'm heading off into Europe for a bit and want to get some panniers from them. I have a 2008 F800GS with Metal Mule Frames and want to fit the Zega Pro + black cases. I know I need the 18mm mounting kit but I have questions about fitting. I have emailed them but had no reply... I will ring them 2mora but thought I would ask here first. Tthe questions I have are:

1. Will the pre-mounted cases fit straight onto my Metal Mule frames? I'm inclined to think not.
2. If not I'll need them mounted. Will they be able to do it for me or will I need to make arrangements to have them fitted myself?

Anyone have a similar experience or advice?

TT is distributed by RAD in Belgium ( www.rad.eu )

They only ship Touratech stuff. You can not collect it in the store(s). Even if we order things on the german website, everything is delivered by RAD. (and they charge 21% VAT against 19% in Germany)

I decided to just get the gear from the TT UK and take the extra financial hot as I needed to mount the cases myself. The prospect of which seemed much easier whilst I was still on my home turf. They should be arriving tomorrow so I can crack on, get them fitted and hit the road for a bit! I will, however, visit the TT factory whilst in Germany and pick up a few other bits...
