... is excellent. You weren't expecting that were you?:) When I was fitting my pannier frames at the end of August one of the threaded inserts in the heckverstärkung (tail reinforcement, the bit that goes inside the rear bodywork so that the bolts behind the numberplate have something to hold on to) came loose. A temporary bodge secured things for the time being and the nice man at TT said no problem I'll order you a new heckverstärkung from Germany. I had just about written of the possibility that this would ever appear, and started to plan a more permanent bodge when the postperson arrived today with a nice new heckverstärkung, and a note apologising for the delay. They may be slow but they do do it. All I need now is a nice dry day and an hour or two of daylight to fit it.

Well done TT.:beerjug:

Panniers

Hi, out of interest how long did your pannniers/frames take to turn up. I've been put off ordering a set from them, after tales of woe with delivery times of late, (and not so late).

They were very quick, about 3 days AFAIR from placing the order to delivery.
