Anybody tried the Toutatech Confort (driver) Seat? Is it really much more confortable for long distance rides then the bmw stock seat?

I have one. Yes it's much better but it's very soft. Too soft for me. Making me feel like it needed more support.

I ended up getting a Sargent. Much better for me.

Thanks NakedRider... I was thinking about the Sargent, but I was afraid it would be too soft! I'm surprise to read that the Touratech is the soft one... I must admit that I prefer the look of the Touratech on the bike. But still, you think that the Sargent is better for a long distance ride (are you a tall and big guy)? Do you have a picture of it on your bike? Thanks again

Try the Touratech standard /sports seat. It`s firmer than the others but much more comfortable for long distance riding. I can manage 300 miles without any aches and pains.

aren't they narrower too

Fitzy

Sure I read where you said this somewhere.

I'm not far from you and would like to try your seat for height, width etc. if you don't mind

I've PM'd you.

Don't have any pics yet. I should mention mine is the low seat. It's a great fit so far. The longer I ride it seems to feel better. When I initially get in the saddle it feels like there are a couple of spots poking into the back of my legs. The longer I ride the less I notice it.
