I am looking to orded a handlebar bracket for my 2610.

Touratch have a couple of options, either the standard bracket, or the MVG. They recommend the MGV if the 2610 unit isn't prepared by them as it which claims to reduce vibration by 95%.

My 2610 wasn't prepared by them, any advice on whether the MVG bracket is the one to go for, or would the standard bracket ok.

Cheers
Dave

I guess it depends on application Dave. My GPS V was a Touratech prep'd item (with an enhanced price to boot). My SPIII is a standard item. If this is going across dunes, tracks and rocky mountain passes I think I'd be inclined to pay the extra for the anti-vibe item.

If 95% of my riding was Queen's highway I'd not bother. Had no problems running the SPIII for over a year on the Touratech standard item, they are both damped aren't they
