touratech pannier racks on Rallye

Just fitted a set of the TT racks on my 12 Rallye. The left side foot rest inner mount is but up against the exhaust. Anyone had this or am I doing something wrong (before I get my files out).

just slacken the silencer clamp and the mounting bolt and adjust to suit,i had the same thing with tt racks on my 90th gsa.
