God bless you photobucket for allowing multiple free accounts by using a different email address:augie...

Tried out the ebay Touratech spoiler today and it does make a difference. Mines actually a GS version but it fits my GSA fine. Touratech have also sent me the GSA version which is a slightly different shape. Not sure if I dare open the packaging and fit it, if its no better than the GS version then they probably won't allow me to return it? Anyone know what if any difference the GSA version makes over the GS version?

GS version is the top one..

You know you're going to have to try it :augie

If it's better let me know what you want for the second hand one :D

Ha ha, if I don't try it then i'll always be wondering if it would have been better:mad:

Edit - Just fitted the GSA version, slightly different shape. Hope to try it out tomorrow. Guess I'll be selling one of them now

Having tried them both out Ive kept the GSA version which works a treat. I rode at 80mph today with my visor up. Definitely worth getting if your getting your head blown about.

Has anyone any experience with the MRA X-creen spoiler?

Yes, they are bloody brilliant, expensive but work very well. I had one and had a lockable TT one as well. The X-Creen as better in that it was more adjustable and you could get the positioning perfect. Biggest mistake I made was selling it and fitting a Desierto.

Still life goes on :)

I picked one up today from a forum member for my GSA?
Sat on the bike looking at the extender, the right hand side is swept back but the left hand side is not and there is no 'fold' line in the Perspex.

Anybody come across this before ?

Any photos?

I suspect that sometime during its life the screen bit has been damaged and someone has made a replacement.
Sitting behind the bike, the right side has been 'line bent' putting the swept angle into it and the left side has not for whatever reason.

I need to find someone who works with Perspex and has a line bender so that they can pu the crease in for me.

the aero-trim arrived in the post today. I was impressed with the quality, and it was only £40. so I fitted it and managed to pop out for a ride. I only done 20 miles and couldn't get above 60 mph due to traffic. But didn't really notice any difference. Is it an improvement at higher speeds. or is it just me adjusting it wrong. what angle should it be to the screen? parallel to it or more vertical so it directs the air flow upwards. I used the sticky pads to attach it as I was reluctant to drill the screen.

aero-trim update

Managed to get out today. took some tools to make adjustments. done 140 miles. managed to get up to 105 mph on dual carriageway. It worked really well.
have got it tilted in the more vertical position to the screen. will be interested to try it in the rain,

When I'm riding at speed with the TT spoiler, I often have to lift myself off the seat to pop my head above to remind myself its still working. When doing so I feel the blast of air and its deafening sound. I quickly sit back down again!!

Installed the Aerotrim drilled and screwed onto Wunderlich screen. I have found it to be a major improvement, not perfect but i can now drive with the visor up, up to normal cruising speed and im not deafened and sore after a long ride. Just back from France, Roscoff down to the Toulouse area and it made the trip a pleasure. I cant speak for the other products but if they are even better then yes they are worth every penny for the transformation compared to money spent on other mods.

After having the TT spoiler fitted for a couple of weeks now, it does its job perfectly.

Bear have you or anyone else had any trouble with it vibrating loose? picked up one from the forum and its vibrated lose a couple of times wondered if it can be tightened.

Certainly on mine (TT), you can adjust the clamp positions before actually clamping to your screen.
Mine came pre-adjusted and it is quite a firm push to lock the clamp lever down.
