Mine needed adjusting otherwise it came loose. Just simple locking bolt adjustment to make it clamp harder onto the screen. I have noticed it's left permanent marks on the screen though, but it never came loose again!
From memory, the top clamps were quite tight anyway, it was one or both of the lower ones that weren't really clamping properly before adjustment

Had the TT once ( as in the pic) for my hex gsa, worked a dream, infact to good really, there was no air coming over the screen when it was really hot
Brought one for the wc, same design as in the pic ( different to the hex gsa one). A lot better, at least you can shift your helmet left and right to get some air flowing onto your face, if needed. When not needed , well you sit naturally and have a non buffered ride.
Hi there. I'm a 6'4er too. I was lucky enough to be intorduced to the Laminar lip and have never looked back practically eliminates all buffering. Available through UK agent www.heroblobs.co.uk hope this of help. One recommendation if you go down this route is rather that depend on the Velcro pads and for peace of mind I drilled through the screens and secured with 6mm nuts and bolts.
