many thanks in advance oh i got an 2002 1150gs:confused:

why did you check - why do you want to adjust ?

more trouble caused by people reading something on the board, then fiddling about when it doesn't need it -

Any reason in particular Steppers???

What are the potential consequences of this?

well, Brady has been doing some checking on his TPS - and then asking where the information is about the TPS -

maybe it would have been better to ask first, and then check/ fiddle about.

i've had loads of people on the phone trying to get back to where they started - once they've touched those throttle body stop screws, then give the TPS a bit of a turn, then tried to balance the throttles, and they've never done any work on their injection systems before -

But loads of people try, and manage ok - i just like a bit of a saga :D

OK, I'll be first to say it:

DON'T TOUCH THE BLOODY THROTTLE STOP SCREWS. EVER. NO WAY.

They're factory set on a flow-bench and can't (easily) be reset. Adjust everything else you want, but NOT the stop-screws.

dunno how you get a figure like that. should be between 0.360mV & 0.390mV

to adjust the TPS, you don't need to go near the stop screws. just move the TPS body after loosening the fixing screws.
