Just playing with my O2 Orbit now which has a built in GPS... Mines loaded with Co Pilot which gives you the option to provide updates using GPRS of your locatiuon for others to see.
Co Pilot also has a fleet option so you can see and track your workforce.
If you use a job schedual application you can see where your nearest person in the field is and even load the loaction of the next job into the GPS/Co Pilot
