Tragedy Yesterday at Beadnell

Unfortunately I don't know all the details but it appears two motorcycles were in collision with a car on the straight road out of Beadnell. I don't have any information about what happened except one 56 year old biker died later. The road in question has a long straight up a hill but there are two T junctions which traffic comes out onto this road from the village of Beadnell. No doubt the full details will emerge. But what a tragedy for the families.

Update, speaking to some locals they think it was at a crossroads at Swinhoe at the top of the Beadnell straight If it was, there is a solid white line and a stop sign to stop vehicles just coming out although I have often had cars pull out on me.
