TREASURE HUNT FIRST MAY BANK

I have been loosely putting a plan together fo a treasure hunt to be done on yer trusty stead(I mean a GS) in early May on the Sunday of the bank holiday. I have recced a venue and at the moment they are unbooked. There is a bunk house which sleeps about 20, plus camping and its right next to pub
I was thinking stopover on the Sat/Sun night (we could meet up and go for a ride out to arrive at venue @ 1600ish, beer up and eat at pub) Sunday treasure hunt for say midday (3or4 hours duration plus exra if your like me thick) back fo barbie and more beer and prizes Monday trundle home with prizes and a wet tent
I would like some feed back ASAP as it may get booked up being a bank holiday etc.
Can't do the late May as I am organising a WETRA trip to France--That will be the drink volunteering me again
Will talk about it at length at curry night on the 17th Jan

Hi Al, just had look at my rota for work and am off that wkend so will be up for this, i've txt Al to see if he's ok for this but he'll have to find some other way to mount his sat dish.

Keep em coming!!! I don't want to start all the preps and spend all my hard(ish)earned and valuable time going around our lovely countryside, trying to find glues that ewe can find safely on your bikes now do I? I reckon we will need a minimum of about 15 bikes for it to be any good. The more the better!!!

Count me in! I can either camp or bunkhouse.
I'm a veggie so I'll bring some brussel sprouts to put on sticks ... or I could make a veggie chilli / veggie curry to support the cremations?

Following last nights chat over the curry Chris and I are up for this. We will be camping unless the weather is really awful! I like the idea of a treasure hunt, and also the fall back position of a nice rideout if the numbers are a little low.
