TRF Baldock to Thetford

I'd like to be on that, but my bike is in bits so I can't make it. 
I will be on the Easter Saturday TRF ride though.

I couldn't make this as I was on the March Moon rally up in north Wales, I'm trying to rearrange my work schedule so that I can make easter saturday, maybe see you there

Sorry you tossers couldn’t make it, it would have been good to have a few more riders.
Turns out it was only me and the ride leader (Stephen) on the Baldock to Thetford rideout. Actual riding time was just over 7 hours. I think we did nearly 200 miles. Left at 0900 back at 1900. It was a good route with plenty of offroad, especially in the Thetford area where the lanes are long. Different terrain in Thetford, quite sandy. We had good weather, would have been hard otherwise, due to the length of the ride. The route wasn’t overly technical.
I’ve just got a leaking fork seal to fix now. Stephen (TRF) suggested I might be able to sort it by cleaning behind the seal with a feeler gauge, anyone got any advice?
I’m thinking of trying to get an entry for the Tarrenig Rally for 9 May. Not sure what I’m letting myself in for? Is this an o.k. event for a first event? Any of you guys entering?
