Triangle Warning Lamp - Braking

The last time I was out on the bike ('03 1150 with servo) I was tootling along and with no problems or warning lights on.

I went to dab the brake and the Red Triangle warning lamp came on.

I stopped the bike and turned it off hoping it would reset but no luck there.

It happens whether the bike is moving or stationary - All warning lights go out and when either front or rear brake is activated the warning light comes on and stays on...

Any Ideas?

Naw. That was the 1st thing I checked.

The brakes work fine...

Ah! There was I thinking my battery was on the way out, as sometimes the triangle doesn't go out on start up. Ride off and stop a bit later and it would go out. So I thought that this was due to the battery geting a charge.

I checked my bulb, element sometimes lit up, other times it didn't. new bulb fitted
