Triboseat is a grippy cover for the pillion seat - stops them sliding around etc.

Bought it off fleabay - it's supposed to be for an 1150GS but may be the wrong one

It looks too small and the outer edge doesn't disappear under the sides/back of the seat like all the examples shown on their website.

If anyone has fitted one, please advise if theirs is same/different.

Thanks in advance

I've got one on my 1150, don't know if it's the same make though. It takes a bit of streching, but the back on mine is designed to 'ride high' so you can still see the badge on the back. Top bit of kit though as it stops yer pillion sliding into you when you nail the brakes.

Bezzler - many thanks for that - sounds like I have the right one then!

Newman - got a topbox with comfort pad; neither stop the pillion sliding forward on braking!

Cheers

Here`s mine on my 1100....as previously stated, the back part rides high to show the BMW badge on the rear of the seat.

It`s a top piece of kit....works great and a valuable comfort/safety aid if the pillion wears textile trousers which don`t 'grip' the seat like leathers do.

I have one too! It's just as you describe, and it does what it says on the tin! :thumb

Tarka and Longdog - many thanks for the feedback.

Tarka - your pic is excellent - shows just how it will fit.
