Trip down west today

300km today, what a cracker, dragged myself out of bed at the unearthly hour of 9-30am, met Henry O Brien in Bishopstown and headed for the South Pole inn stopping at Inch strand for a bit

Phoned Tom who came over for a spin, 14-15c what a day, fine lunch at the South Pole inn while waiting for Harleyt

Tom's bike broke down again and no amount of kicking it helped

Tom took us over to Annascaul lake, mind blowing

Took a photosphere image with the note 3

Headed for Caherconree close to Camp, been on my mind to climb up to the stone fort 675m asl for a few years, today was the day, Henry on the right

90 minutes later, had to stop every 5 minutes, totally unfit but well worth it

No need of walls with the sheer drop at around 270 degrees around the fort

View of the mountain (26th highest in Ireland) from where we started, got down in 50 mins without need of calling the Kerry mountain rescue team

Don't tell too many people about my job, they might decide to go that way themselves and discover the grass is not always greener on the other side, must admit, the holidays are great

Headed south west to the Motorcycle Grill this afternoon, before moving to Lough Hyne, what a day, breezier than yesterday, took the Dakar and met Tom Dolan

Stopped on the bridge before Union Hall before moving on to Tragumna

Headed whest towards Lough Hyne taking in as much of the coast as possible

Oldest graveyard ive seen in a while, possibly a famine one

Blustery day, the Stags Islands offshore, The Kowloon Bridge, Europe's biggest wreck sunk here 29 years ago

Kowloon bridges is the worlds biggest dive able wreck, as in sports diving, 400 meters long and laying in shallow water max depth just over 40 metres, I did it a few years back with a ROV filming me picking up the iron ore...
Was down that way myself on Sunday, for me Sheeps head and Beara are the best, but I would say that would not I

Thanks lads, lucky to have some time off, headed away again today, bit later though, cooler, headed to the Old Head of Kinsale and hugged the coast as far as the Galley head
