Triumph Modern Classics

Sam, did I see that bike in Jack Lilley's? If so, it's a cracker :thumb If you change yer mind about it, be sure to PM me :D

You did indeed, it's a real beauty with some nice mods (exhaust, rejetted carb, a few bits of chrome, wider bars and a gel seat + more) :thumb

Yer a jammy bugger :D Only saw it on their website yesterday, you beat me to it. Enjoy :beerjug:

I believe (but might be wrong :blast) that the colour scheme was only available for a couple of years....

I think 2000-2001, was for the TBS anyway. It is an old Triumph colour scheme I believe.

It is indeed - I nailed this together out of the contents of three tea chests some years ago and it turned into a T120R. I did subsequently fix the 'ball-trap' out of (painful) necessity. Sorry I ever sold it now

And yes, I have tidied up the garage recently :D

I have a 2009 Bonneville, the small cast wheel model. A nice change after the KTM. Looking to get out and put some miles on it this summer.

Get a piccie up:cool:

I'm going to the Scottish Motorcycle Show this weekend to see if I can get a bit of inspiration. Part of me wants to keep the TBS 100% stock and the other bit wants to turn it into a cafe racer:blast
Don't know if anyone on here is familiar with the French company Mecatwin?
They do some lovely stuff for Triumph's check them out here:

Yep, will have to get that sorted!

Mecatwin does some nice kit. I have just got the Triumph open silencers on mine and long term would like to get the suspension sorted and a pair of the Norman Hyde Western Bars.

I have also been drooling over the new 2010 Rocket Roadster my local dealer has just got in :drool..just waiting for a lottery win
