Originally bought from DING-DONG on this forum (link to original advert here)

My original intention was to buy a second bike to use over the winter period and so I bought DING-DONG's Triumph Sprint ST 1050 late last year, as it turns out the bike was in such amazing condition that I couldn't bring myself to use it over winter, it was just in too good a condition to do that to it, so I ended up riding my GS instead!
I've only ridden the bike twice and each time I've enjoyed it, loved it even but I've found that when I head to my garage to get a bike out, I'm always picking the GS and not the Triumph as I love my GS more, so it's pointless keeping a bike that I'm not going to use, hence the reason for sale......

For sale is my stunning 2011 Triumph Sprint ST 1050, presented in the best colour – Tornado Red. This is the final year of the iconic ST model, featuring all the key upgrades: higher bars for added comfort, updated fairing and headlights (as seen on the GT model), and numerous refinements over earlier years.

✅ Low Mileage: Just 10,632 miles
✅ Full Triumph Service History: 7 stamps, last serviced at 8,500 miles
✅ MOT Until: October 11th, 2025 (only 692 miles covered since)
✅ Tyres: Latest Michelin Road 6 tyres, fitted just 732 miles ago

This bike is genuinely immaculate — no corrosion on fasteners, spindle nuts, brake hose ends, or other typical problem areas. The fairings are free from stone chips, the wheel rims are unmarked, and even the fork lowers are pristine. It genuinely looks as good as new, or even better!

The 1050cc triple engine is silky smooth, pulls strongly from low revs in any gear, and delivers over 200 miles from a tank — perfect for long touring days.

Comes complete with Triumph colour-coded luggage including a top box and panniers, a Triumph comfort seat and Oxford heated grips

Extras Include:

  • Carbon fibre rear hugger
  • Pyramid front fender extender
  • Oxford heated grips
  • Digi gear indicator
  • Tinted double bubble screen
  • R&G frame plugs, crash bungs, fork protectors, radiator guards
  • Triumph rear wheel spindle protectors
  • Performance air filter
  • Sat nav ball mount
  • Quick-release fuel cap (boxed)
  • Short adjustable brake and clutch levers (boxed)
  • Moto-CNC bar risers (boxed)
  • Motografix fairing and mudguard protection decals
  • Upgraded headlight bulbs and LED lighting
  • Carbon tank protector and top yoke protector
  • Clear indicator lenses
All original parts, full Triumph tool kit, two keys, manuals, and service book are included.

This is an exceptional example of a Sprint ST 1050 — meticulously maintained, tastefully enhanced, and absolutely ready to ride.

£3,300

I wish this had been listed last week I would have bought it back and would have saved me a fortune, I actually regretted selling it.

Whoever buys this is getting such a lot of bike for not a lot of money, it’s immaculate and one of the smoothest engines.

I had one of those. Loved it and it took me all over Spain and France.
Great bikes.

I followed (and led) two of these all over Spain and France. When I rode one I can only describe it as like "only having to think it around the corners" which is a weird way of saying brilliant handling

Brilliant bikes and massively undervalued, for the record, blue is faster:)

I bought mine as a winter hack and have proceeded to spend twice what I paid on shocks etc.......This one looks amazing. Good luck

I had a Caspian Blue ABs. Put 40k miles on that and sold it for not much less than I paid for it.

I also had a Caspian blue one with ABS on an 05 plate.

Only bike I ever really regret selling!

Fancy a deal on a Merc coupe??

Jim

Hi edders

Jim
